Compare temperature patterns in light and dark phases. Localise different temperature zones in the tent or room. Determine the cause: Heat due to insufficient exhaust air? Cold due to outside air? By systematically analysing the situation, you can quickly find the source of the problem and react in a targeted manner.
To calibrate your thermometer, compare its temperature reading with that of a reliable reference thermometer. Adjust the thermometer accordingly by correcting for the difference, or use a new device if the deviation is too large.
The temperature sensor should be placed in the center of the grow room and at plant height to ensure an accurate measurement of the air temperature surrounding the plants.
Check the airflow at the exhaust vents; weak airflow or unusual noises may indicate a blockage. Clean the filters and ducts regularly to ensure optimal air circulation.
