Prepare cannabis for harvest: flush 1–2 weeks with pH 6.0–6.5 to reduce salts — start when 70% of trichomes are milky and first amber trichomes appear.
Rinsing 1-2 weeks before harvest with pH-adjusted water (6.0-6.5). Aim: salt reduction, promote natural senescence. Signs that flushing has begun: 70% milky trichomes, first amber trichomes, yellowing of large fan leaves. Do not flush too early - yield loss possible. Aim for EC below 0.4.
It is recommended to flush the plants 1–2 weeks before harvest to remove excess nutrients and salts.
The optimal pH level for the rinse is between 6.0 and 6.5.
Start flushing when about 70% of the trichomes are milky white and the first amber-colored trichomes become visible.
