Possession at home: Up to 50g of dried cannabis
Possession in public: Up to 25g
Minimum age: 18 years (21 for cannabis clubs)
Prohibition of consumption: In the vicinity of schools, daycare centres, playgrounds

Transfer: Up to 25g to adults (free of charge)
Sale without a licence
Cultivation within sight of the public

Advertising for cannabis

Electricity: Normal quantities, no abnormalities
Neighbours: Be considerate
Documentation: Keep proof of purchase for seeds

Home-growing: 7 seeds or cuttings per month
Exceeding the number of plants: Fine
Sale without a licence: Up to 3 years imprisonment
